Hunter Biden Is Threatening To Sue Judge Jeanine Next

(PresidentialHill.com)- An attorney for Hunter Biden has issued a legal threat against Tucker Carlson and Fox News, demanding a retraction of segments claiming that Biden paid his father, President Joe Biden, nearly $50,000 per month in housing rent.

The Carlson segments, picked up by other Fox News personalities, including Sean Hannity and Jeanine Pirro, implied that money was being laundered to Joe Biden before his presidential election.

In the letter, Bryan Sullivan demanded an admission from Tucker Carlson and Fox News Media General Counsel Bernard Guger that the network failed to verify the information underlying the so-called ‘rent’ story and by relying on information described as wild speculation.

Sullivan also requests an apology be made on air.

A report shows Hunter Biden and his expensive legal team later sent a litigation hold letter to Rudy Giuliani, Tony Bobulinski, and 12 others to preserve “Laptop from Hell” records.  A move viewed by some as a public relations strategy to alter the troubling narrative surrounding the Biden family.

The litigation letter requests that the individuals preserve potential evidence for future lawsuits related to the alleged theft of personal data, which could include information from his laptop.

Hunter Biden has repeatedly denied that the laptop in question was his. Was this now an admission?

According to the report, Roger Stone, John Paul Mac Isaac, the computer repairman, attorney Robert Costello, ex-Trump aide Garrett M. Ziegler, Biden family partner Bobulinski, and Giuliani, the former mayor of New York City and Trump attorney, are among those asked to preserve records.

A member of Hunter’s legal team told the media that the president’s son is attempting to shield his family from the extensive and sustained attacks relating to its business dealings in foreign nations, including Ukraine, Russia, and China.

Mike Davis, founder and president of the pro-Trump Article III Project, told Breitbart News that the letter was a desperate, frivolous, and laughable effort that would only harm the family’s legal position because the lawsuit would result in discovery.

Davis added that he hoped Hunter Biden was stupid enough to sue because the discovery, including Hunter’s videotaped deposition, would be manna from heaven.
