Fox News Host Slams Journalists For Making “Stupid Jokes” About Drugs

Fox News’ Julie Banderas slammed journalists and other media commentators for making “stupid jokes” about the cocaine found in the White House, according to Mediaite

Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre was reportedly hit with a storm of questions after the discovery was made. But all she could really muster in defense of the president and his son, Hunter, who is the prime suspect, was that they were out of the White House when the drugs were found. Banderas said that Pierre’s defense was “irrelevant” because the family was evidently in the White House both before and after the discovery.

She said that Hunter was at Camp David with the family, and remarked that the issue is important to the American public. Banderas then went on to observe how media outlets have not made the connection between Hunter and the drugs. She noted that there is a possibility it might not be Hunter’s but suggested that journalists need to figure it out.

The media and even federal prosecutors have gone easy on the president’s son. He recently pleaded guilty to two tax misdemeanors and a gun charge but is facing no prison time after striking a deal with prosecutors. While the judge will have the final say on what his sentence will be, the Justice Department is recommending a sentence of probation.

The uneven distribution of justice comes as former President Donald Trump is being prosecuted for his alleged hush money payments to adult film star Stormy Daniels and his handling of classified documents found at his home in Mar-a-Lago. Critics are noting that Biden has also been found with classified documents as well but is not being prosecuted, which is lending credence to the idea that the Justice Department is targeting Trump ahead of the 2024 election.
