Trump Gives Reason Why Melania Wasn’t On Vogue

It’s always been controversial why First Lady and former model Melania Trump hasn’t appeared on the cover of Vogue during the Trump administration while “less than graceful” political figures have.

Megyn Kelly recently asked former President of the United States Donald Trump his thoughts on Biden’s White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre possibly earning a Vogue cover while his stunning-looking wife, Melania, was snubbed.

Despite rumors, Trump indicated that she didn’t worry about not being on the cover. He even went so far as to speculate why she wasn’t included on the cover.

Trump said that before they even met, she had already graced the cover of Vogue. When he announced his presidential candidacy, all other covers weren’t forthcoming. But, he explained, she has been gracing magazine covers for quite some time, including one for Vogue. And she had a close relationship with Anna Wintour, the editor of Vogue. When he decided to enter politics, he gave up everything.

First Ladies are no stranger to appearing on the cover of Vogue. During the Trump administration, however, they abandoned this practice, which many people took as a slight against Melania.

Anna Wintour, the editor-in-chief of Vogue, has never explained why Melania Trump has never been on the magazine’s cover. However, she has touched on it briefly, and Melania has publicly called out the tabloid for its bias. Melania has reportedly said that Vogue has its likes and dislikes.

Author Stephanie Winston Wolkoff, who wrote Melania and Me: The Rise and Fall of My Friendship with the First Lady, secretly taped her conversations with Melania. Vogue reportedly suggested they wanted to do a “profile” on Melania Trump. Purportedly, Melania said “f*ck you” at the prospect of a “profile” and the “possibility” of a cover.

Her friendship with Wintour has been called into question due to her comments. They used to get along great, but lately, there has been tension between them.

In 2005, after her wedding to Donald, Melania graced the cover.

Melania’s career in modeling began when she was 16 years old and lasted for several decades. She expanded into other areas, such as the design of jewelry and cosmetics.

But on the day of the Inauguration, it all suddenly ceased.
