Illinois Governor Pritzker’s is pushing for the approval of as many transgender surgeries as possible in the wake of the election of Donald Trump…purely out of spite.
Imagine using vulnerable children as political pawns like this…

Pritzker’s Transgender Agenda Faces Backlash
Illinois Governor JB Pritzker has doubled down on his support for radical gender transition procedures, promising to help approve as many gender reassignment surgeries as possible. Using Transgender Awareness Week as a platform, Pritzker reaffirmed his commitment to expanding access to sex change surgeries and other transgender healthcare services, directly opposing the anticipated policies of President-elect Donald Trump’s incoming administration.
Pritzker’s push for transgender “rights” extends beyond healthcare. Under his governance, Illinois has implemented protections for transgender, nonbinary, and gender nonconforming students, allowing them to use bathrooms and participate in sports according to their gender identity without requiring medical proof. This policy has sparked concern among parents and conservative groups who argue it compromises the safety and fairness of school environments.
What is wrong with this guy?
Family Ties and Political Motivations
The governor’s stance on transgender issues appears to have personal roots, too. Pritzker’s cousin, James Nicholas Pritzker, now known as Jennifer Pritzker, is a transgender-identifying man who actively supports related causes through the left-wing Tawani Foundation. This family connection raises questions about the intersection of personal beliefs and public policy in Pritzker’s administration.
“This Transgender Awareness Week, I want you to know that I see you and have your back as governor. Illinois has enshrined protections for gender-affirming care to meet this moment — and because of that, you will have a home here always,” Pritzker said.
Critics argue that Pritzker’s aggressive promotion of transgender rights is out of step with mainstream American values. Recent polls indicate that a majority of Americans oppose the radical transgender agenda, particularly when it comes to minors receiving transgender-related medical treatments. This disconnect between public opinion and Pritzker’s policies could have significant political ramifications.
Trump’s Growing Support and Policy Plans
Despite Pritzker’s efforts to position Illinois as a progressive stronghold, President-elect Trump has shown increased support in the state. In recent elections, Trump lost Illinois by a smaller margin compared to previous years, with his support in Chicago seeing a significant uptick from 2016 to 2023. This shift suggests that Pritzker’s radical agenda may be out of touch with a growing segment of Illinois voters.
And with that support, he’ll be pushing to stop the mutilation of children in the name of “transgenderism.”
“I will then ask Congress to permanently stop federal taxpayer dollars from being used to promote or pay for these procedures and pass a law prohibiting child sexual mutilation in all 50 states,” Trump said.
It looks like we have a fight on our hands.
