(PresidentialHill.com)- After the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade, Democrat lawmakers wasted no time kicking the hyperbole to Spinal Tap 11. And leading the charge was Squad member Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez who claimed that people would die because of the court’s ruling.
In a tweet sent just after the decision was released, Ocasio-Cortez argued that overturning Roe “and outlawing abortions” won’t make abortions go away. Instead, it will make abortions more dangerous, “especially for the poor + marginalized.”
“People will die because of this decision,” the Squaddie moaned, adding that “we” won’t stop “until abortion rights are restored in the United States.”
First of all, overturning Roe v. Wade doesn’t outlaw abortion. Instead, it leaves the decision on abortion in the hands of individual states.
This isn’t the first time Democrats have warned that people will die if Democrats don’t get their way.
They said the same thing when the FCC ended Net Neutrality.
After rage-tweeting, Ocasio-Cortez joined the pro-abortion activist radicals screeching outside the Supreme Court where she declared “elections are not enough.”
She told the radicals to “fill the streets.”
