(PresidentialHill.com)- During a recent interview, Fox News host Kayleigh McEnany said Joe Biden will likely run for reelection in 2024 because he’s too stubborn to listen to the advisors telling him not to run.
While appearing on Fox News’s “Jesse Watters Primetime,” McEnany also suggested that the only thing that would stop Joe from seeking reelection is if Congress starts investigating his son Hunter’s dirty foreign deals.
When asked by Watters if she thought Biden looked well enough to campaign again in 2024, McEnany said no, adding, “but he will.” McEnany told Watters to look at “the episodes” in Joe Biden’s life where he ignored the advice of experts and advisors, citing as an example, his bungled withdrawal from Afghanistan.
She also noted that his advisors had told him to stop repeating the lie that he was active in the civil rights movement in the 1960s, but he still repeats it.
McEnany said Biden will run again because “he is so stubborn.” But she added that he is “clearly not capable.”
Watters then brought up the possibility that a Republican-led Congress would finally look into the Biden family’s dirty foreign deals when Joe was vice president, asking McEnany what would happen if those investigations uncover evidence that Biden was “taking money from the ChiComs right under” Obama’s nose. He asked how would Biden run for president after that.
McEnany said that might be the only thing that would stop Biden from running.
She said “the interests of his family are the only thing” that would keep Joe from running for reelection. So if Congress investigates the Biden family’s business dealings and Hunter Biden “comes to the forefront,” Biden would step aside.
McEnany added that even then, maintaining his pardon power might “incentivize” Biden to run again because if he is no longer president, he wouldn’t have the power to pardon his son.
