(PresidentialHill.com)- If a court appeal filed Tuesday by the girl’s Arkansas mother is successful, a child fathered by Hunter Biden may have her last name changed to Biden.
The motion was filed in the paternity case against Hunter Biden in the 16th Circuit Court in Independence County by the attorney for former stripper Lunden Alexis Roberts.
According to the outlet, the name change submission was one of four made in the case initially settled in March 2020.
The case was reopened in September when President Joe Biden’s son requested child support payment adjustments due to a “significant material change” in his “financial circumstances, including but not limited to his income.”
The baby, conceived out of wedlock, would “benefit from carrying the Biden family name,” according to the filing submitted Tuesday by attorney Clinton Lancaster, and the “Biden name is now synonymous with being well educated, successful, financially acute, and politically powerful.”
President Biden, his wife Jill Biden, and Hunter Biden’s late brother Beau were all mentioned in the filing.
Additionally, it states that the Biden family is still distant from the child. If this is abuse or neglect, it can be fixed by giving her the last name Biden, making it clear to everyone that she is the defendant’s child and a member of the illustrious Biden family.
Court records show that Biden asserted that “financial circumstances” prevented him from making the initially planned child support payments for his now-four-year-old daughter, Navy Joan, whom he has not yet met.
Additionally, Navy Joan is said to have yet to meet President Joe Biden.
Joe Biden allegedly failed to offer security for his granddaughter after Roberts raised the alarm following repeated threats from her ex-fiance, cage fighter Princeton Foster, as reported in June.
In his autobiography, Hunter Biden stated that he had “no recollection” of ever meeting the woman who would later become the mother of his fourth child.
