Coroner Suggests George Floyd May Have Overdosed

(PresidentialHill.com)- The Hennepin County coroner’s findings and evidence from medical experts support Kanye West’s assertion that George Floyd died as a result of issues connected to fentanyl.

Dr. Ron Martinelli, a forensic criminologist and trained medical investigator is heard telling Candace Owens in a video uploaded by Daily Wire co-founder Jeremy Boreing that “there was a ton of evidence that George Floyd drank a poisonous, fatal mix of methamphetamine.”

Martinelli said that three grains of fentanyl on the tip of a lead pencil are enough to kill you and enough to kill me.

He said they had to constantly brainwash the public to think that Chauvin premeditated and purposely killed George Floyd and that drugs had nothing to do with it. The coroner is then heard saying that Floyd’s death would have been classified as an overdose if he had been discovered at his house unattended and there had been no call to the police.

Floyd tested positive for methamphetamine (19 ng/L), fentanyl (11 ng/L), and norfentanyl (5.6 ng/L) on the blood, drug, and new psychoactive substance screens.

Minor blunt force trauma to Floyd’s body caused the injuries “the shoulders, hands, elbows, and legs; cutaneous blunt force injuries to the forehead, face, and upper lip; mucosal injuries to the lips; and patterned contusions (in some areas abraded) of the wrists, consistent with restraints (handcuffs), according to the medical examiner’s office autopsy report.

According to the autopsy, Floyd was also diagnosed with significant heart disease and hypertension. There were “no recognized life-threatening injuries,” according to the third part.

There were no facial, oral, or conjunctival petechiae, soft tissue injuries to the chest wall, rib fractures other than one caused by CPR, injuries to the spinal column, or visceral injuries.

Gianna’s mother, Roxie Washington, stated on Tuesday that she had engaged a group of attorneys to sue West and his business associates for harassment, theft, defamation, and infliction of emotional distress. Roxie is also the mother of Floyd’s daughter Gianna. They make damage claims of $250 million.
