Conservative Influencer Claims Musk Fathered Her Child
So-called “conservative” media influencer Ashley St. Clair has filed a paternity claim against tech mogul Elon Musk in the Manhattan Supreme Court. St. Clair alleges that Musk is the father of her five-month-old son and is seeking legal recognition of his paternity along with sole custody of the child.
The lawsuit, filed on February 21, 2025, claims that the child was conceived during a trip to St. Barths in January 2024. St. Clair has requested the court to require Musk to undergo a genetic test to confirm paternity. The legal action has sparked widespread media attention and public interest, given the high-profile nature of both parties involved.

The court filing includes several pieces of evidence to support St. Clair’s claims. A photo allegedly showing Musk holding an infant has been submitted, along with what are purported to be flirtatious text exchanges between St. Clair and Musk. These texts, if authenticated, could provide insight into the nature of their relationship.
“I look forward to seeing you and him this weekend,” Elon Musk said, according to text messages included in the court filing.
St. Clair claims that Musk was absent during the child’s birth and has only met the child three times. She expresses frustration over Musk’s lack of communication regarding the matter, stating that attempts to resolve the issue privately have been met with non-responsiveness from Musk’s legal team.
So far, Elon Musk has not publicly acknowledged the allegations, and his lawyer has not commented on the situation. The silence from Musk’s camp has only fueled further speculation and media interest in the case. If the paternity claim is proven, this would potentially be Musk’s 13th child, adding to his already large family.
If this is all true, it certainly seems as though both parties have behaved pretty appallingly, doesn’t it?
