(PresidentialHill.com)- During the brief Q&A that followed the president announcing his insane budget, the hot-headed Biden lost his cool during an exchange with Fox News White House correspondent Peter Doocy.
Admittedly, Biden was already irritable that he was having to address questions about the numerous mistakes he made during his trip to Brussels and Poland last week. And Doocy’s persistence only added fuel to Joe’s irritability.
Biden’s frustration with Peter Doocy began after Doocy asked the president if he was worried that world leaders are going to start doubting that “America is back” after some of the big things Biden says keep getting walked back by his administration.
Boy, Biden was not happy about that question. He snapped “What’s getting walked back?”
Doocy proceeded to list the most egregious examples from last week’s foreign trip, including Biden saying if Russia used chemical weapons, the US would respond “in kind;” Biden implying that US troops in Poland would be going to Ukraine; and Biden closing his Warsaw speech by saying of Putin “For God’s sake, this man cannot remain in power.”
The senile Biden lashed out at Doocy, telling him none of the three remarks occurred.

So don’t believe your lying eyes, folks. Don’t believe the video clips. Biden said none of it occurred.
Then Doocy returned to Biden’s comment that if Russia uses chemical weapons, it would “trigger a response in kind.”
Biden quickly “corrected” Doocy, saying it would “trigger a significant response,” prompting Doocy to ask him what “a significant response” meant.
A huffy, impatient Biden snapped, “I’m not going to tell you. Why would I tell you?”
When Doocy pointed out that the world wants to know, Biden angrily replied that the world “wants to know a lot of things,” adding that he isn’t going to tell them what the response will be because if he does, then Russia would know.
DOOCY: "And when you said a chemical weapon use by Russia would trigger a response in kind?"
BIDEN: "It will trigger a significant response."
DOOCY: "What does that mean?"

Biden’s European mistakes, coupled with that exchange between Biden and Doocy, prompted Tucker Carlson to say on his show Monday night that it is time to invoke the 25th Amendment.
